Participation notes
1. Breakfast will be provided by the hotel, lunch and dinner are served with dinner coupons offered by the conference group.
2. All activities of the annual meeting will be attended by a representative card and relevant vouchers. The representative yellow lanyard represents the precision casting manufacturer, the blue lanyard represents the original auxiliary materials and equipment manufacturers, and the red lanyard represents the invited VIP guests and conference personnel.
3. The exhibition will be held from the afternoon of the Nov.18th. Upon registration, delegates can visit the exhibition at Taihu International Expo Center.
4. Smoking is prohibited in the annual meeting venue. After entering the venue, please turn off the phone or adjust it to vibration. Do not pick up the phone at the venue.
5. At the meeting of the annual meeting, all raw materials and equipment manufacturers should not distribute advertising materials, and the conference group will provide data storage areas for the participants to read.
6. At 8:00 am on the 21st, take the bus at the hotel's parking place by bus ticket and take the bus to the precision casting factory. When visiting the factory, it is strictly forbidden to take pictures, photographs and touch the on-site products. Do not enter the non-visit area, don't leave the team, the visit time is about one hour. After visiting,follow the license plate indicating line to return. If there is any change, please contact the driver.
7. Please pay attention to the itinerary and return terminal after the Nov. 21st visit (Hotel / Shanghai Hongqiao Airport / Shanghai Pudong Airport / Wuxi South Station) (confirmed when registration)
8. On the Nov.21st , representatives need to check out. To avoid the queue. Before the evening of the 20th, please go to the front desk to issue the invoice for the accommodation. Before the breakfast on the 21st, please submit the room card to the front desk for review. After breakfast, return the deposit, and bring the baggage to the bus or deposit at the hotel.
9. The conference provides a free roster, which will be collected on the basis of the information coupons issued. The conference team will present the first draft of the list at noon on the 20th and will be posted in the conference hall, exhibition hall and check-in office for confirmation by the representative. If there is any objection, please call before 15:00 on the 20th and contacting the relevant person in charge to amend (Zhou Xudong 13307190373, Di Siwei 13971619876).
